Where we ship

Halovera ships across the United States.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days from the day your order ships. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.

If something delays your order beyond that window, we will email you with a revised date and you can either accept it or cancel for a full refund.

Damaged parcels

If a carton arrives visibly crushed, photograph it before opening and contact us at support@thehalovera.com.

Lost or missing parcels

If your tracking stops updating or shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, email support@thehalovera.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.

Shipping cost

Orders of $49 or more ship free. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $4.99. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
